We are a private company at the intersection of cross-border commerce and software engineering. We believe in shipping work that holds up under real customer use, and in building infrastructure that scales horizontally across channels.
Why we exist
DeepWave Technology Limited was founded in April 2026 and is incorporated as a private limited company in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (CR No. 80237716). The company is wholly owned by its founder, who brings prior experience in software engineering and cross-border digital commerce.
We chose Hong Kong as our base of operations for three reasons: it is a strategic gateway between Chinese supply chains and global Western markets; it natively supports multi-currency operations; and its common law system and English-language conventions make it the most internationally accessible business jurisdiction in the Greater Bay Area.
Our work spans three core lines of business: Amazon storefront operations on the North American marketplace, focused on the light outdoor category with FBA fulfillment; direct-to-consumer (DTC) independent websites targeting Germany, the UK, Canada, Australia and Japan; and software development and operations — mobile and web applications for international audiences.
We are a small, engineering-first team. We believe in evidence over hype — selecting products based on demand data, building software that compiles, and shipping work that holds up under real customer use.
